About Us

In early 2010, a group of 14+ successful Delaware Auctioneer’s agreed to form the Delaware Auctioneers Association (D.A.A.).

Our mission, as a non-profit organization, is to provide a professional organization to educate, monitor, and aid licensed auctioneers in the First State.

Since our inception, the D.A.A. has expanded its membership, raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support our mission, represented auctioneers to oppose adverse regulations which would negatively affect the auction industry, informed our membership regarding new state rules and regulations, formed the D.A.A. Hall of Fame for older and deserving auctioneers, and funded the D.A.A. Scholarship Fund for young prospective auctioneers, (in conjunction with Mendenhall Auction School).
