Continue 9/10 mile (becomes Hickory Hill Road) & turn left onto Home Farm Drive. Proceed to the first house on the right. Signs Will Be Posted.
Sussex County Tax Parcel ID # 133-21.00-44.00: Situated in The Homestead subdivision, this parcel of land is designated as Lot # 161, and measures approximately 82’ x 120’ x 71’ x 127’. The lot is improved with a single family dwelling with attached garage and many amenities.
Terms: $25,000 deposit on day of sale with cash or certified funds payable to Moore & Rutt, P.A., the balance to be paid within 21 days following the auction date, with cash or certified funds payable to Moore & Rutt, P.A. Prospective bidders must present the initial deposit in cash or certified funds at the time of registration. Trustee shall prepare and deliver the deed.
